Hotel Information: Please give an accurate time of arrival and a mobile telephone number whenever possible so that we can contact you if necessary. We are a small Guest House and do not have a 24 hour reception. We may need to let you know if we are going to pop out to the shops or something, Thank You. A valid credit card will be required apon the guests's arrival. . We recommend that all guests take out appropriate travel insurance. • The hotel operates a strict no smoking policy throughout the hotel. Smoking in the bedrooms incurs an additional charge of one nights stay at the full rack rate to allow time for the room to be aired and deep cleaned. • Any damage, caused by you, to your room, will be charged to the card used to make the booking. We do not allow additional guest in rooms and an additional £50 pn will be charged for infringements. There may be an additional charge levied for late check in's. From Nov we will be repainting ther front of the hotel so unfortunately we will have scaffolding up, we hope this doesnt spoil your stay. • The Management Reserve the right to alter terms at any time. •
