The Regency Hotel Brighton is a unique city centre hotel, located just off Brighton’s seafront, directly opposite the West Pier.
Being centrally located, we’re within easy walking distance of Brighton’s best restaurants, bars and clubs, making us an ideal choice for exploring the city.
We have a total of 14 en-suite rooms and provide free wireless broadband throughout the whole hotel. Seven of our rooms, positioned at the front of the hotel, look out over Regency Square and onto the old West Pier and the sea. Our rooms are a mixture of singles, doubles and a family suite, all of which have an en-suite shower and lavatory; the Regency Suite (room 3) also has a large en-suite bath. A complimentary full-English or continental breakfast is included in your booking.

The Hotel
The Regency Hotel Brighton was once the home of Sir Winston Churchill's great grand mother, Lady Jane Dowager Duchess of Marlborough, and it’s known that the young Winston visited whilst studying in hove.
Converted from a residential house over 30 years ago, The Regency Hotel is now privately run as a guest house, ideal for a romantic break, families or a comfortable home from home whilst on business. In contrast to the stuffiness of the larger hotels with 24 hour concierge and a false sense of the grandiose, this is a big house in the city centre where we hope you will feel right at home.
The Hotel View
As you can see, we are literally a few hundred metres off the seafront, with a great view of the old West Pier. Admittedly, the pier isn't good for much these days but does it make for great sea gazing! Click this picture to see the full sized version.
